To provide high-quality doula support, I collect personal information including:
Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number, and home address.
Health Information: Due date, birth experience details, feeding preferences, and any health concerns relevant to postpartum recovery.
Payment Data: Transactions are processed securely via Stripe. I do not store your credit card numbers on my own systems.

I take your privacy seriously. All digital records are stored in password-protected or encrypted environments. I retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill service obligations or meet legal tax requirements in Nova Scotia.
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
Request corrections to any inaccurate information.
Withdraw your consent for data collection at any time (though this may limit my ability to provide services).
