Welcome to Golden Blooms!
Founder of Golden Blooms Postpartum Care
I believe that while the birth of a baby is a celebration, the birth of a parent is a profound transition that requires its own dedicated circle of care. My approach to postpartum support is built on a dual foundation: a career-long commitment to mental health and my own deeply personal journey through motherhood.
With a Diploma in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Southampton and over five years of professional experience supporting families and youth, I have spent my career navigating complex emotional and behavioral needs. Whether I was performing holistic assessments or providing de-escalation and intervention during emotional crises, my focus has always been on creating a "soft landing" for those in transition.
However, my most impactful training didn’t happen in a classroom—it happened at home. Following my own pregnancies in 2021 and 2025, I navigated the isolating and often heavy reality of perinatal mental health challenges. I learned firsthand that while medical checks are vital, it is a supportive, non-judgmental community that truly allows a parent to heal and find their footing. Every postpartum journey is unique, but my history allows me to offer a layer of empathy and advocacy that only comes from having "been there" myself.
At Golden Blooms, I combine my clinical roots with my Postpartum Doula certification to ensure you never have to feel alone in your fourth trimester. I am here to be a resourceful, calm anchor—helping you find your rhythm while prioritizing your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
